You can find all important amendments to the law here.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It affects areas where there are communal elements, such as lifts, pools, staircases, roofs, green spaces, etc. Among the <strong>Responsibilities of every owner<\/strong> is obliged to contribute to the communal costs (repairs, new acquisitions, maintenance, \u2026). In this regard, the <strong>Share of communal costs according to share of condominium ownership<\/strong> Calculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective: Practical property order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Reform of Law 8\/2013<\/strong>\n has now made some changes.
