The Playa de Palma stretches for six kilometres as a radiant white sandy beach from the southwest, from Can Pastilla to S'Arenal.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Few beaches in the world are as famous as Playa de Palma. Next to the <strong>pleasant white sandy beach<\/strong>\n It is primarily the lively beach environment that makes it so attractive to visitors. Actually known as Platja de Palma in Catalan-Mallorcan, the beach adjoins various sections of the promenade which also differ in price. It is an excellent location for real estate, as it attracts holidaymakers and locals, residents and tourists alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Life on the beach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the Playa de Palma, island life meets tourism. Especially for travellers on a budget, the Playa becomes <strong>Party mile<\/strong>.Well-known establishments such as Beach Bar Number 6, known to Germans as \u201eBallermann 6\u201c, or \u201eBierk\u00f6nig\u201c ensure this. However, the Schlager hotspots only make up part of the beach atmosphere. In recent years, the Mallorcan government has paid increasing attention to making the Playa enjoyable for everyone again. This includes controls on the extent to which alcoholic beverages are consumed, as well as increased cleaning of the surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>The beach is more than just \u201eMallorca pop\u201c and drunken tourist groups. While it can be loud and merry around \u201eBallermann 6\u201c, along its 6-kilometre stretch you can find numerous quiet sections that invite you to <strong>Linger, swim and sunbathe<\/strong>\n Invite you. Along the promenade, you'll also find small bars and caf\u00e9s offering typical Balearic delicacies, fresh fish, and refreshing drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Tourism around Palma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The actual, pure Platja de Palma is characterised by the seemingly endless, paved promenade and the wide sandy beach, which <strong>Walks and beach sports <\/strong>favored.\n Many holidaymakers visit the area to walk along the beach with their feet in the water, collect seashells and enjoy the glorious climate. Over 250 hotels are fully equipped for them. The beach is also divided into 15 sections, each with a balneario (a bar). The supply of drinks and snacks is therefore always guaranteed during the season. Many of the balnearios were renovated in 2017, and with the new styles came upscale menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>On Platja de Palma, you'll also find numerous opportunities to rent a sun lounger. Street vendors offer jewellery and souvenirs, and here and there, artists earn a bit of extra cash with sand sculptures and drawings. In clear weather, <strong>beautiful sunsets<\/strong> with a red sky and a sun setting over the bay guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Seaside life out of season<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of the peak season from June to September, Mallorca offers visitors who enjoy <strong>Go hiking or explore the coast by bike<\/strong>, a slower-paced holiday experience. The Playa de Palma then gradually empties, becoming a picturesque bay lined with palm trees and abandoned sun umbrellas. Even in <a href=\"https:\/\/marcelremusrealestate.com\/en\/blog\/reizvolles-mallorca-im-winter\/\">Winter<\/a>, with temperatures between 15 and 5 degrees Celsius and the occasional light snowfall, the island is still inviting for exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>Tours lead from Playa de Palma into the interior, to historical sites and sacred buildings. The green mountainous and hilly landscape is particularly attractive to visitors. It remains vibrant even in cooler temperatures and offers many beautiful circular routes for exploring the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Property on Playa de Palma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those interested in property, the changing face of Mallorca and the newly designed Playa de Palma present an excellent opportunity for investment and new business ventures. While schlager music and a relaxed lifestyle will always remain attractive to certain visitor groups, prices are no longer what they were ten years ago. A Mallorca weekend trip for a few hundred euros is becoming increasingly rare. Instead, holidaymakers are making the most of the stunning natural surroundings for excursions or exploring the island's tranquil villages. Some of these oases of calm can also be created on the Playa de Palma. Gated resorts with their own dedicated beach sections and <strong>exclusive properties<\/strong> shape the coast.
