However, climbing in Mallorca is a holiday activity that is just waiting to be discovered.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the island, there are not only dreamlike areas for all skill levels, but also excellent year-round conditions for a climbing holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Varied climbing areas for every requirement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Climbing in Mallorca means finding areas with almost all difficulty levels. Some are high in the mountains, others directly by the sea, ensuring plenty of variety during your holiday. Beginners need not have any safety concerns, as drilled or glued anchors can be found everywhere on the rocks at intervals of two to four metres. The dominant rock is Muschelkalk, which satisfies all demands, from grey slabs to overhanging sections in orange. After a day in the rocks, it's just as wonderful to relax in a villa or apartment with a sea view as it is on a finca in the middle of nature. In addition to specialised sports climbing courses and adventure days for groups and families, guided climbing tours are offered. Most of them are reached by a short to medium walk over private land. To ensure that the fun of climbing in Majorca is guaranteed for everyone in the future, only the designated paths and access routes should be used. The <strong>Climbing area of <a href=\"https:\/\/marcelremusrealestate.com\/en\/blog\/valldemossa-das-faszinierende-kulturjuwel-im-herzen-der-tramuntana\/\">Valldemossa<\/a><\/strong>\n is located 200 metres above sea level. The limestone walls are up to 45 metres high and require a double rope length. There is a shorty on the top wall. The difficulty ranges between 4 and 7c, and it is possible to climb here safely even in light rain. The limestone of Cala Magraner, interspersed with tuff, boasts a wall height of 20 metres and a difficulty ranging between 4 and 7a. Located directly by the sea, the rather long path from the car park leads through a dried-up stream bed. The most beautiful panorama for climbing in Mallorca can be found on the north coast in the Creveta area. The wall is just under 25 metres high and very grippy. The difficulty ranges between 4 and 6c. Access from the viewpoint car park is via a steep descent. Those who stay until evening will be rewarded with a gigantic sunset at the rocks. Be careful on the way back, it is dangerous in the dark!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Alpine climbing in Mallorca and deep water soloing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa Gubia is the largest climbing area on Mallorca, with <strong>200 metres wall height<\/strong>\n It gets quite Alpine here. From the main road with parking, the path leads along a streambed for half an hour. In the porous limestone rock with a difficulty rating of 4-7b, multi-day tours can be undertaken. On some routes, nuts and two double ropes of 45 metres are necessary. After Alar\u00f3, the path winds over gravel tracks and an exhausting ascent on foot, which doesn't deter most climbers, however. During the main season, it can get quite crowded at the crags. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the tuff rock ledges with wall heights up to 25 metres, you'll find many single-pitch routes. After a full day's climbing, you'll have earned the delicious lamb at the restaurant located right by the car park. The sharp-edged limestone wall of <a href=\"https:\/\/marcelremusrealestate.com\/en\/blog\/calvia-der-perfekte-standort-fuer-ihr-traumhaus\/\">Calvia<\/a>\n lies sheltered in a valley. This guarantees a great tour even in bad weather. As more and more is possible when climbing in Mallorca, it offers <strong>Deep Water Soloing (DWS)<\/strong> Ideally suited for deep water solo climbing without equipment or safety gear is the area around Santanyi, especially Es Pontas.
