What he offers has substance. „No rundown places with mould here! I'm 34 years old and still one of the youngest independent estate agents in Mallorca. Many clients come through recommendations, which is why I only show my clients properties I'm personally convinced by!“

After 10 years, the entrepreneur can already look back on an impressive career. From nothing, he has established himself in a short time through hard work and perseverance as the go-to person for luxury real estate in Mallorca, looking after clients from all over the world as well as numerous prominent figures from business, sport, radio, and television.

„I love my job and it's not work for me. I'm there for the customer when they need me, whether it's at the weekend or on holidays!“

Remus is determined, quick, consistent, and loyal. His clients describe him as reliable and very committed.

„Everything different from all the others“ This is also his credo in the field of marketing. After over 100 episodes in the estate agent show „mieten, kaufen, wohnen“ (rent, buy, live) on VOX, in which a million-strong audience was able to gain insights into Remus's job over the years, he is one of the most well-known real estate agents in Europe. Cameras from RTL or ProSieben regularly accompany him to events around the world, such as Sir Elton John's Oscar party or the Cannes Film Festival.

„My self-marketing is certainly totally different from all other estate agents! Either you like me and think my self-made career is good, or you don't!“ Through his striking advertising campaigns on XXL billboards, dressed in a tuxedo standing next to a black horse in a prime location in the centre of Palma, on the Paseo de Borne, directly opposite Louis Vuitton and Hugo Boss, he is certainly someone who definitely polarises opinion!

„If you don't stand out, you'll disappear.“ is my motto! And anyone can be boring!“ Remus has a connection to the noble four-legged friends because he himself competed in the German dressage squad and was part of the Appassionata European tour. „I used to train and break in horses for €10 an hour and toured all over Europe for shows! I know how hard you have to work to end up with €100 after tax in your account, and that's precisely why I'm so motivated and down-to-earth and continue to build my own business!“

Remus regularly engages in charitable work, supporting actress Uschi Glas's foundation „Brotzeit e.V.“, the RTL charity marathon „Wir helfen Kindern“ (We Help Children), and the Elton John AIDS Foundation.„Only those who can share will grow! I think one should also look at a young age, and especially when things are going well for oneself, where one can help and get involved!“

In 2019, the broker published his first book with the renowned financial publishing house titled „EVERYTHING DIFFERENT THAN EVERYONE ELSE – My Secret to Success and How You Can Achieve It Too“. The work immediately entered the German Amazon business book charts at number two in its first week and became a bestseller.

Since 2019, Remus has also been marketing accessories and home staging decorative items under the name „FINCA BLANCA by Marcel Remus“ on HSE 24, Germany's leading teleshopping channel.

An annual highlight is his Remus Lifestyle Night, a high-calibre event to which Remus invites his 500 top property clients, friends, and VIPs to thank them for their support. „I organise the party simply to say thank you for my clients buying from me or entrusting me with the sale of their properties. That's not a given with so many agents on Mallorca, and I'm also always very pleased that presenter Frauke Ludowig guides us charmingly through the evening!“ Numerous business magnates such as the Albrecht family from Aldi, as well as Hollywood stars like Marcia Cross, Andy MacDowell, „The Body“ supermodel Elle Macpherson, and Eva Herzigova have already accepted Remus' invitation to the exclusive event on the Balearic island.

He is supported by a small, dedicated team. Silke Remus, Marcel Remus's mother, also lives on Mallorca and looks after buyers and customers. Assistant Bettina has been an important part of the team since day one, meaning for over 10 years, and as office manager is the heart and soul of the office.

When asked what the entrepreneur wishes for, the answer comes lightning-fast: „I wish to stay healthy and fit, that's all that matters! And I look forward to helping my clients find the right property or sell their existing one for the next 50 years!“ Remus laughs. But at just 33 years old and with so much energy, he surely has many successful decades ahead of him as a luxury estate agent for the rich and famous.
